Celia Parnell
I was born in Spanish Town Jamaica and raised on a farm where we raised livestock and gardened for food. It was then that I developed a passion for cooking at the young age of 13 while learning all of my skills from watching my mother.
I've been in the food industry for the past 23 years starting and learning from the ground floor, both catering and working in world class restaurants. My true passion is for creating unique dishes with beautiful flavors using only the freshest of ingredients.
I think you'll find that my personality is outgoing and one of the most enjoyable things for me is to see people enjoying a good meal. I will always strive for continued excellence for you, your family and friends!
